Mark as Useful Calling for a mr. phelps. Told them he didnt not reside here. he then asked for me to verify my phone number and I confirmed and then he claimed to be calling the local area for insurance and asked if im insured. So I hung up and realized how fishy it was and then I traced the call as most forums suggested for record.
